In this project, I conducted a comprehensive brand marketing analysis for ounass, focusing on market positioning, target audience, and competition. The report includes a PESTEL and SWOT analysis, along with a positioning map to assess ounass's strengths, opportunities, and challenges within the luxury fashion industry.

Facebook PR Campaign
A PR campaign developed for Facebook, focusing on privacy issues and promoting transparency. The campaign included strategy development, press materials, and a video, allowing me to apply PR and media strategies to a real-world issue while developing my communication and campaign management skills.

McDonald's Crisis Communication Plan
A crisis communication plan developed in response to a hypothetical incident at McDonald's UAE. The project involved press releases, internal communications, and stakeholder management, enhancing my skills in crisis communication, public relations, and strategic messaging

FP7 McCann Agency Campaign
This project involved a strategic analysis and creative development for Dettol's partnership with the 2022 FIFA World Cup, executed in collaboration with FP7 McCann Dubai. The campaign aimed to enhance brand visibility and promote hygiene awareness among a global audience during the tournament.
Graduation Projects
For my graduation projects, I led the planning and execution of two major events at Canadian University Dubai: COP 28 Awareness Day, educating students on climate change, and Student Marketplace, where 70 students launched their own businesses. Both required strategic planning, team collaboration, and coordination to ensure success




Gostoso Coffee Marketing Plan
In collaboration with Gostoso Coffee, our team developed a comprehensive marketing strategy for growth in the UAE, including a SWOT analysis, AI integration in advertising, and a detailed storyboard. A site visit to the factory provided valuable insights, and our winning pitch, presented in a final video, outlined actionable growth recommendations.
